I am interested in exploring the evolutionary roots of cognition, communication, and social adaptability in primates. I am particularly interested in understanding the circumstances that allow primates to thrive socially, which has implications for both academic research and applied conservation, bridging the gap between field insights and real-world outcomes.

For my doctoral research, I aim to investigate which social information do wild-faced capuchins consider when making decisions, as well as which information do they decide share to influence each other’s decisions.
